Who can join ISPS?

You might have lived experience of psychosis, or be a carer or family member. You might also be a nurse, psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, psychotherapist, arts therapist, occupational therapist, or a researcher.

ISPS aims to be a home for anyone interested in opening up dialogue and building community around social and psychological approaches to psychosis.

What are the benefits of membership?

What members have told us they value is connection: connecting with others who are working in this way, or with people who have had similar experiences. As a member, you will have the opportunity to meet others, virtually or in person, and help us shape this work. There is an open invitation to members to organise local events, or set up groups or reflective spaces. We will do out best to support these initiatives.

As a Full Member of ISPS UK, you will feel connected to the latest research and thinking in this area, through a quarterly online copy of the academic journal Psychosis and, for one year only, a quarterly print copy of the radical mental health magazine Asylum. You will have free access to all ISPS UK online events, and reduced price tickets for in-person events. You will also be able to join our quarterly reflective practice sessions.

As a Basic Member of ISPS, you will have free access to all ISPS UK online events, and reduced price tickets for in-person events. For one year only, you will also receive a quarterly print copy of the radical mental health magazine Asylum. You will also be able to join our quarterly reflective practice sessions.

If you are applying on behalf of an organisation, you can access all of the membership benefits below through our Corporate Membership. Your team will also have access to free online ISPS UK webinars
